Symptoms
When an editor tries to list available HTML-templates from the Webitor or
the Webitor component nothing is displayed. However another user with
administrative rights (GLOBAL_GROUP_ADMIN group right) can successfully list the
templates.
Cause
This is a bug that exists in one of the underlying security database
functions of Content Studio (f_CategoriesByUnitForUser) that filters out the
categories in a certain unit that the caller has READ permission. The original
version of this function only worked correctly if the caller had the
GLOBAL_GROUP_ADMIN group right set to at least one of her security
groups.
Resolution
Customers that experience this problem can upgrade to Content Studio 4.0
build 1009 or later.
Status
This is a confirmed bug that has been fixed in Content Studio 4.0 build
1009.
